For over 70 years, we have been producing Confectionery Specialties – refined creations of artisan pastry, the result of research, selection, passion and the utmost attention to quality. Our story began in Cesena, when Attilio Babbi, already producing cones and wafers for gelato, had the intuition to dedicate the winter months to creating delicacies made from wafers and chocolate.
Thus, the first Viennesi Wafers and Waferini were born, soon becoming symbols of our tradition and ambassadors of Italian taste around the world. Over time, the range has expanded with new specialties, while preserving the artisanal care and attention to ingredient selection.
After winning the hearts of generations of Italians, we continue to reinvent goodness with new delicacies – the perfect companions at any time of the day, to share or to treat yourself to a little moment of pleasure.
