Since 1952, Babbi has supported artisan gelato and pastry professionals, turning passion, quality and tradition into tailor-made solutions for every need. Our story begins in Cesena with the production of cones and wafers for gelato, later enriched with an ever-expanding range of bases, pastes and mixes designed to inspire and support the work of dessert artisans.
