POWDER MIX FOR BROWNIES

A gluten-free powdered mix for rich, flavourful brownies, ready in just a few minutes with the simple addition of butter, eggs and dark chocolate. A practical and reliable base, ideal to enrich with Pistachio or Hazelnut Cremadelizia for desserts with consistently excellent results and great visual appeal.
Ingredients:
400 g Babbi Home Bakery Brownie Mix
200 g butter
3 small eggs (150 g)
40 g dark chocolate
Method:
Place the Babbi Home Bakery Brownie Mix in a bowl and add the melted butter, eggs and chopped dark chocolate.
Mix until smooth, then pour the batter into a greased 18×18 cm tin and level the surface.
Bake at 170°C (fan) or 180°C (conventional) for about 30–40 minutes.
Let cool completely, cut into squares and decorate as desired with Cremadelizia, gelato or whipped cream.
