
POWDER MIX FOR CUSTARD

Cold-process custard cream powder mix, egg-free and gluten-free. Simply add milk to obtain a smooth, delicate and velvety cream in just a few steps. Perfect on its own and ideal for filling tartlets, desserts and a wide range of pastry creations.
Ingredients:
350 g Babbi Home Bakery Custard Mix
1 L cold or room-temperature milk
Method:
Pour 350 g of Babbi Home Bakery Custard Mix into a bowl and add the milk.
Mix with an electric whisk for about 5 minutes, until the cream becomes smooth and thick.
To prepare Chantilly Cream, fold in 350 g of whipped cream.
Zucchero, Amido modificato, LATTE scremato in polvere, PANNA in polvere, Stabilizzanti: Sorbitolo; Conservanti: Sorbato di potassio; coloranti: Caroteni; Aromi. Può contenere SOIA, UOVA. SENZA GLUTINE.
