
POWDER MIX FOR MUFFINS

A gluten-free and lactose-free powdered mix, ideal for making soft muffins with a well-balanced flavour. A versatile base that can also be filled with Babbi Cremadelizia to create practical preparations with consistently reliable results.
Ingredients:
400 g Babbi Home Bakery Muffin Mix
200 g lactose-free milk
100 g vegetable oil
3 large eggs (about 150 g)
Preparation:
Recipe for about 12 muffins.
Place the Babbi Home Bakery Muffin Mix in a bowl and add the milk, oil and eggs.
Mix with an electric whisk for about 3 minutes, until the batter is smooth.
Pour the mixture into previously greased moulds and bake in a preheated oven at 170°C (fan) or 180°C (conventional) for about 25–30 minutes.
