POWDER MIX FOR PANCAKES

A gluten-free and lactose-free powdered mix for fluffy pancakes, ready in just a few simple steps. Perfect for breakfast or a sweet break during the day. Delicious with fresh fruit or chocolate flakes, and even better when paired with Cremadelizia for an extra-indulgent treat.
Ingredients:
400 g Babbi Home Bakery Pancake Mix
160 g lactose-free butter or margarine
3 small eggs (about 150 g)
340 g water
Preparation:
Place the Babbi Home Bakery Pancake Mix in a bowl and add the eggs and water.
Whisk for about 5 minutes; once combined, slowly pour in the melted butter and mix until smooth.
Using a ladle, pour the batter into a hot non-stick pan.
Cook for about 3 minutes on each side.
Recipe makes approximately 10 pancakes.
