Since 1952, skilled hands have been crafting wafer cones and wafers that stand out for their fragrance and harmonious taste. The story began in Cesena, when Attilio Babbi started producing cones and wafers for gelato, paying great attention from the outset to the selection of raw materials and to artisanal care in every stage of production.
Over the years, this know-how has been handed down from generation to generation, enriched with new skills without losing the craftsmanship that makes it unique. Recipes have been refined, processes perfected, yet the spirit of the origins remains intact.
