Ingredients
For the panna cotta:
- 100 g Babbi Home Bakery Panna Cotta Mix
- 150 ml milk
- 150 g Greek yogurt
For the topping:
- 8 Babbi Pistachio & Vanilla Waferini
- Passion Fruit Sauce
- Fresh fruit

Preparation
- Gently heat the milk in a small saucepan until it reaches 65°C (149°F).
- Remove from the heat and whisk in the Babbi Home Bakery Gluten-Free Panna Cotta Mix, stirring well to eliminate any lumps.
- Once the mixture is smooth, add the Greek yogurt, continuing to whisk until fully incorporated.
- Pour the mixture into 4 individual serving glasses and refrigerate for at least 2 hours, until set.
- To finish, top each panna cotta with a generous spoonful of passion fruit sauce (or another jam of your choice), fresh fruit and a few Babbi Waferini.(Babbi wafers contain gluten.)
