- 2 eggs
- 100 g rice flour
- 60 g almond flour
- 40 g Babbi Cioccodelizia
- 80 g brown sugar
- 40 ml olive oil
- 60 ml milk
- 1/2 packet baking powder

Preparation
- Whisk the eggs with the brown sugar until light and fluffy.
- Add the olive oil.
- Add the sifted flours mixed with Babbi Cioccodelizia and baking powder, alternating with the milk.
- Pour the batter into a silicone donut mould, filling each cavity halfway.
- Bake at 170°C in a preheated oven for 25 minutes.
- Remove from the oven, allow to cool and serve with icing sugar.
